These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Benchmark Roofing Contractors, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide professional roofing, construction, and contracting services including but not limited to:

• Residential roofing installation and repair
• Commercial roofing systems
• General contracting and construction services
• Storm damage restoration
• Roof maintenance and inspection services

Licensing and Insurance

Benchmark Roofing Contractors, Inc. is a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor in the State of Florida:

• License CCC 1335555 - Certified General Contractor
• License CBC 1266957 - Certified Building Contractor
• Fully insured and bonded for your protection
• BBB Accredited Business

Contract Terms

Estimates and Proposals

All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope modifications.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be specified in individual contracts
• We accept cash, check, and credit card payments
• Final payment is due upon completion and customer satisfaction
• Late payments may be subject to finance charges

Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties before implementation. Additional costs will be clearly outlined.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all our services. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract.

Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and will be transferred to the customer upon project completion.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by acts of nature or extreme weather conditions beyond normal design parameters
• Pre-existing conditions not identified during initial inspection
• Damage resulting from customer negligence or unauthorized modifications
• Consequential or indirect damages

Safety and Compliance

We maintain comprehensive safety protocols and comply with all local building codes and regulations. All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the work area
• Secure necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage
• Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas
• Ensure pets are secured during work hours

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or material shortages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law.

Charitable Commitment

As part of our commitment to the community, we donate $500 from each completed project jointly in our customer's family name and our company name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Modifications

These Terms may be modified at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to future contracts.
